Because we just finished implementing boolean CAG (Union, Subtract, Intersect, ExclusiveOr) and Path Combine / Break Apart. Our internal QA indicated that the features above is stable for production.

So rather than wait for release cycle for a new release, we release it as soon as we can, so our users could benefit from the added new feature as early as possible event though we just released 4.0 a few days ago.
