Arcview shp2svg Convert, Version 0.4

Version 0.4 of the arcview shp2svg converter has just been released. The converter allows to convert ESRI shapefiles to SVG, either in real world coordinates or in page coordinates. Non-graphical attributes are preserved and integrated with the geometry using a foreign namespace.
New features include a scale-flag and input/output units with conversion. The scale option helps with importing the generated SVG files into Adobe Illustrator or other page-oriented SVG editors. Previously, Illustrator could not import the generated SVG files because of the large coordinate range. As a convenience, the first (previously manual) step of converting the shapefile to an intermediate SQL format is now integrated into the perl-script.
Feedback and bug reports are always welcome.
