While Opera have been supporting SVG in their namesake Web browser since version 8.0, and enhanced SVG support for the upcoming Opera 9.0, the popular mobile version of the browser did not yet support SVG. Today, Opera just announced Opera 8.60 for S60, supporting not only SVG Tiny 1.1 on Symbian 9 devices, but a host of new user interface features such as web address auto-complete, smooth scrolling, customizable keypad shortcuts, and many new features.
